Ms. Alibekova has worked in various areas of corporate law, including legal support during establishment of legal entities (including foreign ones), of different organization-legal forms their branches and representative offices, investment projects, including those related to subsoil use and power engineering; corporate restructuring. Ms. Alibekova has been adviser on different aspects of licensing, security market regulation and labor.
Prior to joining Bracewell & Giuliani in 2003, Ms. Alibekova was working at as Senior expert of Almaty Department of Justice.
