Ms. Hiltenbrand represents management clients in federal and state courts as well as before administrative agencies. Her practice focuses on labor and employment issues, including claims involving the Americans with Disabilities Act, Title VII, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, and labor disputes.
Ms. Hiltenbrand's practice also includes advising and counseling employers with regard to issues such as employment handbooks, policies, and training. In addition, Ms. Hiltenbrand has represented governmental agencies in civil rights litigation.
