Sandra Y. Snyder

Sandra Y. Snyder is an associate in the firm's environmental & natural resources group.  Ms. Snyder advises manufacturers, refiners, project developers, investor groups and financial institutions about environmental risks, liabilities, regulatory compliance, and related issues arising in the context of litigation and corporate transactions.

Prior to law school, Ms. Snyder worked as a chemical engineer for four years at one of the world's largest oil refineries, initially in the capacity as a process engineer and later as the site's Foreign Trade Zone and Oil Loss Coordinator.

During law school, Ms. Snyder served as a legal extern to the Honorable Judge Dora L. Irizarry of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York.  She also completed a legal externship with the Environmental Protection Agency.
