Michael E. Noe Jr.'s practice covers all aspects of intellectual property protection. He counsels and represents clients in the acquisition, licensing and enforcement of patent rights, trademark rights, trade secrets and copyrights. He assists and counsels clients in the preparation of domestic and foreign patent applications; infringement opinions, patentability opinions and validity opinions; and appeals to the Board of Patent Appeals and Interferences of the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
Mr. Noe’s areas of technical expertise include mechanical and electro-mechanical devices, nanotechnologies, oil, industrial and medical devices and computer software.
