Jeris Diana Brunette represents financial institutions, energy companies, other lenders and borrowers in all types of secured and unsecured credit transactions, including project financings, asset and accounts securitizations, debt restructurings and letter of credit facilities. She also provides advice to lenders regarding potential debt purchases.

Ms. Brunette also represents creditors in various restructuring situations, both out-of-court and in the Chapter 11 context.
