Representative Matters
Represented a major U.S. exploration and production company in its $1.3 billion secured revolving credit facility, 2007.

Represented Maximus Coffee Group LP, an affiliate of Cadeco Industries Inc., in connection with the financing of its acquisition of the assets of the Harrisburg facility of Kraft Foods Global Inc., 2006.

Assisted with multiple aspects of representation of the administrative agent in a $1billion+ Secured Term Loan B and revolving credit facility in connection with the acquisition of a public E&P company, as well as financing for the subsequent spin-off of the borrower's OCS shelf contracting business, 2006.

Represented Standard Bank Plc, lead arranger and administrative agent, in its secured $30 million revolver to CHX Belize L.P.; the first oil and gas reserved based financing in Belize, 2006.

Represented LaSalle National Bank in its $30 million debtor-in-possession financing to Easy Gardener, 2006.

Represented Old World Industries Inc. in its secured $185 million revolver and $85 million term loan B arranged by LaSalle National Bank and GMAC Finance, 2005.

Represented Chapter 11 debtor in its $21 million exit financing term loan facility, 2005.

Assisted with multiple aspects of representation of Dynegy Inc. in its secured $700 million revolver and $600 million term loan B, 2004.
