Chris Dodson has trial experience in a variety of litigation areas, including patent and trade secret litigation, trademark litigation, antitrust litigation, construction law and lien issues, deceptive trade practices, commercial landlord-tenant disputes, and general contractual and tort matters.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Dodson worked for the Republican National Committee Counsel's Office in Washington, D.C., the National Center for Policy Analysis and several national campaigns. He remains active and interested in election law issues, campaign finance laws and other legal issues related to public policy and the political process.
