Lon R. Williams Jr. counsels management concerning employment discrimination, wrongful discharge, equal employment opportunity, occupational safety and health, wage and hour, and related issues in the employment relationship. Mr. Williams has extensive trial experience in both state and federal court. He also is a trained mediator and has participated in more than 100 mediations, many of which involve employment issues.
Mr. Williams has more than 25 years of human resource, labor and employment law experience in corporations and law firms.
