Elizabeth C. Breazeale is a Commercial and Real Estate lawyer with more than 15 years of experience in the formation of business entities, including limited partnerships, limited liability companies, general partnerships, registered limited liability partnerships and corporations.
On behalf of her clients, Ms. Breazeale prepares and negotiates construction contracts, represents commercial developers and homebuilders, and leads general financing transactions. She represents both lenders and borrowers for real estate and commercial lending matters in the examination, documentation and negotiation of development and construction loans. She also has participated in financing and refinancing hotel properties through the use of industrial development bonds.
Ms. Breazeale's general real estate practice is concerned with the sale, purchase and operation of income producing properties, commercial leasing, real property development, easements, leases and commercial transactions with governmental entities, including the preservation of historic structures.
Ms. Breazeale has substantial expertise in water law matters, including the purchasing, development and leasing of groundwater and surface water rights throughout the state of Texas. She represents clients in the development of municipal leasing/acquisition programs, water farm agreements, and other development agreements for water-generation and suppy facilities.
