Mason M. Griffin

Mason Griffin represents developers, property owners, contractors, subcontractors and lenders in all aspects of real estate development, construction, finance and leasing transactions.  His experience in structuring transactions includes the negotiation of construction contracts, service agreements, contracts for sale, commercial leases and loan documentation.

Mr. Griffin has represented owners, contractors and subcontractors in the negotiation of construction contracts and service agreements, including the development of a new nuclear plant in the U.S.  He assisted in the real estate acquisition for a cogeneration facility in South Texas, which was awarded the North American single-asset "Deal of the Year" by Project Finance. Mr. Griffin also has extensive experience in loan and acquisition due diligence on oil, gas and energy projects, including refineries, pipeline systems, power projects and underground gas storage facilities.

Mr. Griffin currently leads a team that provides all legal support for the development of the North Texas wireless network for one of the nation's largest wireless providers. He has assisted in the representation of multiple international financial institutions in permanent and bridge loans to commercial real estate developers.
