Mickey R. Davis counsels clients in wealth transfer planning and offers sophisticated strategies for maximizing assets, minimizing taxation and preserving wealth for future generations.

Mr. Davis has more than 20 years of experience in all aspects of estate planning, probate, and estate and trust administration. Clients rely on Mr. Davis for comprehensive design of wills and trusts, impaired judgment documents, pre- and post-marital agreements, and related wealth and estate planning instruments. He has special strength in crafting customized tax-efficient instruments, including bypass trusts, insurance trusts, charitable trusts, private foundations and family limited partnerships. His guidance includes counsel on effective strategies for tax-related charitable giving and retirement benefit distribution planning. As part of his regular handling of probate matters, Mr. Davis provides a full range of services regarding the administration, funding, tax reporting and fiduciary responsibilities associated with estates, trusts and their beneficiaries.
