Morgan D. Meyer

Morgan D. Meyer represents and counsels business clients in complex commercial litigation and appeals in the areas of telecommunications, oil and gas, intellectual property, consumer finance, banking and employer/former employer disputes.  He has also represented debtors and creditors in bankruptcy proceedings.

Mr. Meyer is experienced in all aspects of commercial litigation, including preparing and defending pretrial motions, discovery, and representation at trial and on appeal. He is admitted to practice in state and federal courts.
