Sommer N. Louie focuses on energy, oil and gas, financing, and real estate matters. Ms. Louie's experience in energy involves the representation of oil and gas companies in all phases of the business, including the preparation and negotiation of governmental leases and concessions, farmout and participation agreements, seismic shoot and license agreements, contracts for drilling and other service arrangements, operating agreements, processing and fractionation agreements, gas and product purchase and sale agreements, and petroleum and olefins transportation agreements. She has represented domestic and international buyers and sellers of businesses and producing properties with values ranging from $500,000 to more than $300 million.
