William J. Moore provides legal counsel in all aspects of federal and state commercial litigation, including preparing and defending pretrial motions, discovery, trial and appeal. Mr. Moore has experience with debt collection issues, insurance defense, employment disputes, bankruptcy litigation, trade secret and trademark litigation, deceptive trade practices and general contractual matters.
