Taylor Hill Bawcom

Associate

Taylor Bawcom represents employers involved in federal court litigation and arbitration concerning labor and employment issues, particularly employment discrimination and wrongful termination. She also assists in advising clients concerning the development of employment policies, programs, and handbooks that comply with federal and state law. As a former member of the firm's Wealth Management group, Ms. Bawcom assisted clients with estate, gift, and income tax planning and handled probate and estate administration matters, including the preparation of federal estate tax returns.  She continues to advise clients in the areas of estate planning and probate.

Before joining Bracewell & Giuliani, Ms. Bawcom was a litigation associate at another large firm in Houston. There, she assisted with commercial litigation cases for small businesses and large Houston-based oil companies. She also represented clients in defending mass toxic tort actions, and worked on several appellate matters involving personal injury and commercial disputes.
