Christopher C. Rulon maintains a federal and state court civil litigation and trial practice, representing clients in civil false claims and fraud matters, commercial disputes, consumer litigation, and in the defense of personal injury suits and claims. Representative matters handled by Mr. Rulon include investigating and defending claims arising under the federal False Claims Act and related laws, defending qui tam or "whistleblower" suits, prosecuting and defending claims for the breach of contracts and leases, defending claims brought under the federal and state consumer protection laws, insurance coverage and indemnity disputes, and collections.
