Laura S. Martone represents financial institutions, other lenders and borrowers in all types of secured and unsecured credit transactions, including acquisition financing, project financing, term loans, working capital loans and letter of credit facilities.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Martone was a law clerk to the Honorable Phil Johnson and Honorable Michael H. Schneider at the Supreme Court of Texas.
