Kelli M. Borbón is a litigation attorney with general commercial and personal injury trial experience, a significant portion of which includes the representation of industrial defendants in toxic tort, personal injury, wrongful death, products liability, trepass, nuisance, neighborhood emissions and indemnification matters. In addition, she has experience representing industrial, retail, theme park and other premises owners or operators in premises liability cases and automobile retailers and manufacturers in general commercial, products liability, consumer, Deceptive Trade Practices Consumer Protection Act (DTPA), breach of contract, breach of warranty, adminstrative and indemnification actions. She also played a key role in several trials in which she represented defendants in personal injury cases arising out of motor vehicle and trucking accidents.
