Tony L. Visage is a commercial litigator with first-chair jury and bench trial experience. Mr. Visage focuses his trial practice on securities, fiduciary duty and contractual issues. He has represented many directors, officers, boards and committees of boards in disputes alleging securities issues and breaches of fiduciary duties.
Mr. Visage represents boards, committees of boards and general counsels in special investigations in response to allegations of business fraud, criminal acts, labor and immigration violations, accounting irregularities and antitrust issues.
Mr. Visage represents officers and directors in investigations by the Department of Justice and the SEC alleging violations of the securities, FCPA and antitrust laws.
Mr. Visage began his career at Bracewell & Giuliani LLP in 1993 and left the firm to become division general counsel for a Houston-based, Fortune 500, NYSE company. He returned to Bracewell in 2003.
