David Beran's practice is focused on structuring, negotiating, and documenting complex credit transactions. Mr. Beran represents lenders, financial institutions, and borrowers in complex financings, including syndicated credit facilities, leveraged buyout and other acquisition financings, first lien/second lien financings, letter of credit financings, restructurings and loan workouts.
