Heilla J. Lain has been a member of Bracewell & Giuliani LLP's environmental strategy section since 1999. Her practice primarily encompasses providing clients with environmental regulatory compliance counseling arising under the full array of federal and state environmental laws. She has experience dealing with environmental compliance audits, environmental management systems, cleanup and remediation requirements and alternatives for contaminated properties, environmental due diligence in corporate and real estate transactions, and regulatory agencies.
Ms. Lain has significant experience advising telecommunications companies regarding environmental issues involving leasing and licensing of wireless communication facilities, including cellular towers, collocations, in-building systems, master lease arrangements, and building and rooftop communications facilities.
In addition, Ms. Lain served as editor of the Washington University Environmental Law Review.
