Corey C. Brown's practice focuses on a variety of general corporate, partnership and commercial matters with an emphasis on mergers, acquisitions and dispositions and federal and state securities laws compliance.

Mr. Brown's experience includes the representation of purchasers and sellers of businesses, preparing sales contracts and related documents, and analyzing the consequences of proposed transactions. Mr. Brown's practice includes counseling management of publicly held companies with regard to a variety of corporate governance and securities law disclosure and compliance matters. In addition, Mr. Brown has assisted publicly held clients in the creation of rights plans and other defensive maneuvers against hostile takeovers.
