Bill Millard has been practicing sophisticated commercial real estate and business law in Dallas, Texas since 1982. Greatly familiar with the North Texas business community, he offers a diverse transactions practice featuring real estate, telecommunications, finance and corporate formations.
Mr. Millard's real estate practice includes representation of owners and developers in the acquisition, development, financing, leasing and disposition of real estate holdings. These include industrial, office buildings, creative multi-use office, retail and residential subdivisions, electrical and coal power plants, wireless antenna facilities, hotels, condominiums, warehouse and distribution facilities, shopping centers and malls and apartment complexes. His clients include some of the largest companies in the real estate and telecommunications industries as well as regional market leaders and real estate entrepreneurs.
In his representation of real estate developers and property owners, Mr. Millard has provided counsel in partnership formations, joint ventures, sales, acquisitions, urban infill developments, land use planning, sale-leaseback transactions, private offerings, leases, landlord-tenant relations, property management and operating agreements. His telecommunications practice includes tower site acquisition and leasing for wireless service providers.
Mr. Millard's corporate and business practice includes planning and creation of new business entities for entrepreneurs and start-up companies. He has also represented clients in the marketing and advertising industries.
