Lisa A. Louck

Lisa A. Louck's practice has focused primarily on the management of complex litigation. She has managed large case dockets in mass tort litigation involving claims related to asbestos, breast implants, fen-phen, phenylpropanolamine and polybutylene pipe. She has represented premises owners, contractors, product manufacturers and other parties in toxic tort cases, as well as detailers and manufacturers of pharmaceuticals and medical devices in product liability cases.
Ms. Louck has been involved in the representation of clients in federal, state and multidistrict courts. She has assisted in successfully removing cases from state to federal courts on the basis of political question and fraudulent joinder doctrines. In addition, Ms. Louck has broad experience in general insurance, workers' compensation, social security disability, and commercial transactions and litigation.
Ms. Louck is an associate in the trial section of the firm's Houston office and maintains a general civil practice. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Louck represented clients in workers compensation, social security disability, personal injury and maritime matters.
