Brian C. Mitchell works in all aspects of litigation, including preparing and defending pretrial motions, discovery, alternative dispute resolution, trial and appeal.

Mr. Mitchell's trial experience includes commercial litigation, intellectual property litigation, insurance defense, property disputes and real estate litigation, banking and financial services litigation, securities litigation, and employment disputes. Mr. Mitchell also has experience representing corporate clients in arbitration proceedings under the Federal Arbitration Act.
