Phillip D. Sharp has extensive first-chair jury trial experience representing manufacturers, energy companies, mid-stream gas pipelines, and chemical companies in cases ranging from catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death suits to lawsuits involving chemical exposures, environmental contamination and alleged product defects. Mr. Sharp also represents trustees, fiduciaries and joint venturers in a variety of commercial contexts, as well as employers in workplace discrimination suits and class actions.
Mr. Sharp is also the firm's Associate General Counsel.
