Rob Castle's practice focuses on general commercial litigation, and he has also litigated cases involving general employment and ERISA litigation.  Mr. Castle has litigated a wide range of disputes, including breach of contract, misrepresentation, and fraud disputes; securities class actions and derivative actions; wage and hour disputes, large consumer class actions, ERISA class actions, large employee class actions, real estate matters, sponsorship agreements, copyright disputes, and other commercial disputes. In addition, he has conducted and supported internal investigations involving allegations of antitrust violations and other various state laws. Mr Castle further has represented a wide array of clients in responding to investigations, disputes, and requests from various state governmental agencies and offices.
