Natalie C. Rougeux counsels employers and management on the full range of labor and employment issues and works with them in the formulation of employment policies and preventive strategies. She has extensive experience in a variety of labor and employment legislation, including Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, and the Texas Payday Act. Ms. Rougeux represents her clients at trial in federal and state courts and in hearings before administrative agencies.

Prior to her legal career, Ms. Rougeux served in the United States Navy as a cryptologic technician interpretive (Russian), after which she worked as a Russian and Lithuanian translator for the United States Embassy in Vilnius, Lithuania.
