Heath A. Novosad is a general civil litigation attorney, representing clients in federal and state courts in the trial of commercial disputes, business torts, patent infringement lawsuits and insurance litigation.
Mr. Novosad represents clients in a variety of industries, including insurance, oil and gas, technology, financial services, telecommunications, global trade and real estate development.

Ben Floyd, Trustee of the Estate of Seven Seas Petroleum Inc. v. Robert A. Hefner III, et al.; C.A. No. 03-5693, in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas. Represented the former officers and directors of an oil and gas company who were being sued for breach of fiduciary duty.
Emerson Home Buyers Association, an Informal Association of April Underwood, et al. v. Emerson Manufactured Homes Ltd., et al.; in the 410th Judicial District Court of Montgomery County, Texas. Represented housing development company and its affiliates accused of a conspiracy to artificially inflate the value of the homes they sold.
EMM Ventures Ltd., et al. v. M.R.E. Enterprises Inc., et al.; in the 270th Judicial District Court of Harris County, Texas. Represented an individual who sued former business partners for breach of fiduciary duty and breach of contract.
