Represented a property developer in acquiring, leasing, developing, financing and constructing a $300 million 13-building mixed-use condominium, retail and office development in Houston, Texas. 

Represented a property developer in developing, financing and constructing a greenfield mixed-use retail, office, residential and hotel development in Pearland, Texas.
 
Represented a property developer in the developing and financing of a boutique luxury hotel.

Represented a private equity fund in a $550 million acquisition of an interest in a distressed public homebuilding company.

Represented a major oil company in the sublease and assignment of 200,000 square feet of office space in downtown Houston, Texas.

Represented fortune 500 company in the development and construction of a fabrication facility in the Caspian Sea Region.
