Michael Anderson advises and represents a variety of business clients on corporate and securities law matters, including business combinations, mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, private offerings of equity securities for issuers in a wide range of industries, corporate control arrangements, formation of business entities and preparation of organizational documents. His experience also includes the review, preparation and negotiation of a variety of general contracts, including distributor, loan, shareholder, outsourcing, agency and confidentiality agreements, among others. Mr. Anderson also advises emerging growth clients on a variety of legal issues ranging from formation and governance issues to compliance and financing initiatives.
Mr. Anderson has also reviewed and prepared periodic reports required by the Securities Act of 1934 and has represented debtors and creditors in a variety of bankruptcy-related transactions.
