Mr. Stallone practices from Bracewell's Austin office.  Mr. Stallone has established himself as a leading legal advisor in the music industry and represents a number of music industry clients, including Grammy winning artists, on various legal and business matters including management, agency production, compensation, licensing, and protection of intellectual property rights.  Mr. Stallone also represents clients in the film and book publishing industry.  In addition, Mr. Stallone maintains a diverse general civil litigation practice, with specialties in contractual disputes, enforcement of non-compete agreements, premises liability litigation and personal injury litigation.  His work has encompassed all aspects of state and federal litigation, arbitration, and other forms of alternative dispute resolution.

Prior to becoming associated with the firm, Mr. Stallone served as a law clerk for Chief Justice Robert Seerden on the 13th District Court of Appeals from 1996 to 1998.

Advising and representing on-line music collaboration business in contract negotiations with major performing rights society and other aspects of business development. 

Representing artists (rock, alternative, reggae, and jazz) in all aspects of music career including contract, recording, touring, producing, copyright, trademark and publishing.
 
Representing investors and film producers in various aspects of film including funding, contract, clearance of music rights, and distribution.
 
Representing authors in various aspects of business including protection of intellectual property (including copyrights) libel readings and publishing issues.

Representing music management and agency businesses in business development, contract, and litigation matters.

Representing graphic art designer in litigation involving alleged breach of contract and fraud by member and protection of intellectual property rights.

Representing clients in litigation involving the protection of trade secret, confidential and proprietary information, including the enforcement of non-compete agreements.
