Catherine H. Day represents financial institutions and other lenders, as well as borrowers and sponsors, in all types of secured and unsecured credit transactions, including senior and subordinated debt financings, cross-border financings, debt restructurings, project and acquisition financings, term loans, working capital loans, credit enhancement facilities, synthetic letter of credit facilities, financial asset securitizations and the various interbank relationships involved in syndicated loan transactions.
Ms. Day's clients include domestic and foreign banks as agent, Fortune 500 companies, private companies and private equity funds.
Her experience includes debt financings with particular emphasis on leveraged buyouts, secured asset-based loans, the financing of oil and gas and oilfield services acquisitions, and complex or non-traditional forms of financing, including off-balance sheet synthetic lease transactions and project finance loans.
