Patricia A. Toledo's practice primarily is devoted to assisting clients in cross-border transactions, finance and all aspects of commercial relationships including mergers and acquisitions. Ms. Toledo also provides general corporate assistance to multinational and domestic companies with respect to general corporate matters.
Before joining Bracewell& Giuliani LLP, Ms. Toledo was an associate at the Brazilian law firm of Felsberg e Associados in Washington, D.C. Ms. Toledo also held an internship position in the legal department at the Inter-American Development Bank in Washington, D.C.
In Brazil, Ms. Toledo was in-house counsel for HSBC Investment Bank Brazil and Banco Boavista Inter-Atlantico, where she was responsible for international financial transactions, including those in which the banks acted as agents for the Brazilian Development Bank, the Latin America Export Bank and to the Export-Import Bank of the United States.
