Matt White represents and counsels owners of closely held businesses, families, executors and trustees in tax and estate planning, lifetime and charitable giving strategies, income taxation of trusts and estates, and the administration of trusts and estates. Mr. White advises clients in tax planning for wills and trusts, family limited partnerships, grantor-retained annuity trusts, charitable remainder trusts and the particular issues facing professional corporations.
