Jonathan Hoff is a member of the firm’s energy and finance practice group. He represents public and private clients in a variety of energy and finance transactions, including negotiation of oil, gas, power, and other energy commodity trading and hedging transactions, corporate acquisitions and divestitures, and lending and finance work. He also works on construction and project development matters primarily in the energy sector.
