Carlyn M. Carey's practice includes domestic and international corporate, finance and commercial transactions. Ms. Carey represents borrowers and lenders in secured and unsecured syndicated and bilateral bank credit facilities; project finance and export finance transactions; and transactions involving the Inter-American Development Bank and Eximbank.
Ms. Carey also provides assistance to multinational and domestic companies involved in acquisitions and divestitures, and offers counsel with regard to general corporate matters.
