Chris T. Lee

Chris T. Lee focuses his practice on energy and finance matters. Mr. Lee primarily represents clients in the acquisition and divestiture of exploration and production properties, and other types of oil and gas assets and entities. He has worked on transactions involving both upstream and midstream assets, and has also become experienced in working with offshore projects as well.

Mr. Lee's finance practice involves the representation of lenders and borrowers in a broad range of secured financings involving oil and gas properties, pipeline systems, and other operational facilities.
