Lusignan maintains a general civil litigation practice in the Houston office.  Ms. Lusignan's practice focuses primarily on commercial litigation and business torts, and among other areas she has represented clients in cases involving breach of contract, construction law, patent and intellectual property, energy related disputes, products liability and class actions, and director and officer liability issues.
