Kimberly L. Cunningham focuses her practice on representing management in all aspects of employment and labor law, including the litigation of state and federal cases involving employment discrimination, wrongful termination, retaliation, Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA), wage and hour disputes and employment-related torts, and Sarbanes-Oxley ("SOX") Whistleblower claims.  Ms. Cunningham also assists clients with drafting employment agreements and developing employment policies, programs and handbooks that comply with federal and state law.  In addition, she provides legal counsel on all employment aspects of school and public law.
