Jason Wietjes has experience with all aspects of intellectual property law including the litigation of intellectual property cases, licensing, and patent and trademark prosecution. Mr. Wietjes's practice includes all facets of intellectual property litigation with an emphasis on the representation of plaintiff's and defendants in complex patent disputes involving a broad range of technologies.
While attending the University of Nebraska, Mr. Wietjes worked in the University's Biological Process Development Facility, a leading research center in the field of biopharmaceuticals. His work focused on developing and manufacturing vaccines and biotherapeutics derived from recombinant proteins, including vaccines for biological warfare agents.
