Spencer L. Kerr's principal practice area is energy transactions with an emphasis on the representation of exploration and production companies in the acquisition and divestiture of various types of oil and gas assets and entities.

Mr. Kerr's practice also encompasses the representation of financial institutions, other lenders and borrowers in all types of secured financings, including borrowing-base facilities for oil and gas development companies and acquisition financings.
