Todd Amdor advises domestic and international business clients on corporate governance issues, mergers, acquisitions, asset sales, commercial transactions and contractual matters, including service agreements, sales contracts and the legal consequences of proposed transactions. His clients include public and privately held corporate entities in the energy, hospitality, and technology industries. Mr. Amdor has experience advising clients on international private equity fund formations and cross-border transactions and has represented clients in a variety of cross-border mergers, and asset and share purchases. He has counseled clients on transactions in more than 20 countries.
Mr. Amdor also advises a variety of non-profit corporations on issues ranging from formation and governance to compliance and strategic initiatives.

Part of team representing the Sigma Bleyzer private equity group in the merger of Ukrainian cable businesses, including Volia Cable.
Represented European cinema company in the acquisition of a controlling stake of a U.S.-based projection equipment manufacturer.
Represented U.K.-based project management company in the acquisition of a Texas-based construction cost management business.
Part of team representing Goodman Global Holdings Inc. in sale of its air conditioning and heating business to Apollo Investments V LLC for $1.45 billion.
Part of team representing Dynegy Inc. in disposition of various non-core assets for $189 million.
Part of team representing Shell International Limited in the sale of its retail businesses in Puerto Rico, Jamaica and the Bahamas.
