Rachael B. Novier

Rachael Novier is a member of the firm's energy regulatory practice. She counsels domestic and foreign energy-industry clients on regulatory matters involving the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission and the Public Utility Commission of Texas. She also focuses on related appellate litigation in federal and state courts, as well as compliance matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Novier was a senior homeland security analyst and spokesperson for Texas Governor Rick Perry, and also served as an analyst in the FBI Director's Office.
