Carrie E. Carbone provides corporate and transactional legal counsel to business clients in the areas of mergers and acquisitions; securities-related matters; secured transactions, including real estate financing; and employment and executive compensation issues.
Ms. Carbone also counsels bank and bank affiliate clients with respect to banking laws and regulations, banking corporate activities and commercial loan facilities. She represents borrowers in commercial lending transactions, and has significant experience in consumer lending programs involving credit services organizations.
