Mr. Davis will moderate the panel discussion which will address the following topics: fee agreements, professional liability, wayward clients, joint representation, marital property, simple wills, trusts, ancillary documents, coordinating no-probate assets, life insurance, retirement, annuities, rights of survivorship, document storage and client evaluation.
