Merri Schneider-Vogel will co-present "To File or Not to File: When Can and Should a School District Request a Special Education Due Process Hearing."

Chris Gilbert will present "Thou Shall Not Teach: Religious Challenges to Curriculum and Instruction."

Kim James will serve as the presider at the case analysis "It Can Happen in Kansas, Too, Toto."
