Phillip L. Sampson, Jr. will present "Construction Litigation: Reducing Exposure Through Documentation Policies."

Sampson focuses his practice on complex commercial and business litigation with a particular emphasis on construction law. He has extensive experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants in state courts, federal courts, and before arbitration panels, and he has successfully tried a number of jury and non-jury cases in both state and federal court.
