Anthony Anikeeff will speak on "Recent Changes to the Contracts Dispute Act: Do They Make Litigation of Government Contract Claims More or Less Like Commercial Litigation."
Program Information
The U.S. government is the largest purchaser of goods and services in the nation, which is accomplished through hundreds of thousands of contracts. Many commercial companies have entered the federal market over the last 10 years, but these companies have little experience addressing the government claims process when disputes arise. Mr. Anikeeff will join a panel discussing how the government contract claims resolution process has evolved and whether it has become easier or more difficult for companies.
