We are pleased to announce Gregg Tobin of BNY Mezzanine Partners, as the speaker at our May Private Equity Breakfast in Houston.

Gregg Tobin is a partner at BNY Mezzanine Partners. Prior to joining BNY Mezzanine Partners, Mr. Tobin was a Managing director at The Jordan Company where he was responsible for executing middle market transactions, including leveraged buyouts and financing. He started his career at GE Corporate and held many cross-functional roles within GE over a 10 year period including mergers & acquisitions, equity investments, global marketing, product development and sales & marketing. Mr. Tobin holds a B.S. in electrical engineering and a MBA in finance from the University of Chicago.

BNY Mezzanine Partners, based in Atlanta and New Youk, is a $210 million junior capital fund that invests equity and debt in middle market companies for transactions that include buyouts, recapitalizations, re-financing, management buyouts and growth.
